Delivery & Payment

We deliver to all locations in Nigeria within 1 – 7 working days depending on the location and payment method.

Typically, orders within central Lagos are delivered within 1-2 business days, as central Abuja, Kaduna Port Harcourt, etc within 2-4 business.

Exchanges, Returns & Refunds

You have a 7 days return window for products purchased on our site that does not match what was ordered, so long as the item is in its original unworn, new condition.

If you are in possession of the product, you are under the duty to take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible.

For return items, you will be offered an exchange. In the event that is not preferred, you have the option of a refund.
Exchanged orders are processed immediately, while refunds take 2 – 5 working days to process after returns are received.
